Old Bay Cajun Shrimp Bake

A delicious, quick dinner, perfect for wrapping up summer! Add as much or little spice as you'd like to heat things up.


  • 2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 4 gloves garlic

  • 4 red potatoes

  • 3 ears corn

  • 1 Tbsp butter, cut into quarters

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb Turkey Andouille sausage, sliced

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Mix together Old Bay seasoning and paprika in a small dish. For more spice, add cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes.

  3. Cut potatoes into quarters, place in greased baking dish.

  4. Pour 1/2 Tbsp olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle with 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay/paprika mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Cut corn into quarters, place on top of potatoes.

  6. Pour 1/2 Tbsp olive oil over corn and potatoes. Sprinkle 1/2 Tbsp Old Bay/paprika mixture and 2 cloves garlic. Mix together with hands until coated. Top with portioned butter. Bake for an additional 25 minutes.

  7. Place sausage and shrimp in a bowl, pour 1 Tbsp olive oil on top. Sprinkle 1/2 Tbsp seasoning mixture, 2 gloves garlic and mix well until coated.

  8. Place sausage and shrimp mixture on top of potatoes and corn. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, until shrimp is baked through, flesh is pearly and opaque.

  9. Sprinkle addtional seasoning as desired and serve hot!
